The Induction of Carolin Bullinger as ICF Karlsruhe Site Leader

and now there is one more very special moment for us as ICF Karlsruhe we had already announced this a few weeks ago that we as leaders of the whole ICF Karlsruhe which includes five locations had been looking for someone who would simply also lead this location in Karlsruhe because we realized that we were no longer able to do many things as well and communicate as well and be there as well and we really kept searching We prayed we thought about it as the leadership team really for a long long time and we had taken one person into focus we also talked a lot about it again we prayed about it also as the leadership team whether God simply confirms it and then in many moments we realized yes here is a confirmation from God it is exactly what is being done that we have on our hearts spoken what our deepest heartbeat is and so we are incredibly happy that we may today officially introduce Ko Bullinger as location leader and I may invite her up on the stage here [Applaus] [Musik] [Applaus] [Musik] B wow clap three more times later we are not finished yet I would also like to welcome your parents and your aunt HT could you at least briefly raise your hand you don't have to stand up but they are sitting there and somewhere something good is coming yes it always is right it doesn't just fall from the sky and that is why we also want to thank you that we may have your Karo here and simply that it is beautiful that you exist also as a family because family belongs to you hey before you say something I am also going to say something now but then you may also say something so that you simply know what is actually happening here now because some are already leaving this morning and saying yes yes now you are retiring and will Karo be your successor then you would not have understood us properly that is something we would not yet entrust to you I am saying now rather we have said that the location as she B already said Karlsruhe needs a leader or a leader and we need someone who does it better than we do because they have more time for it because they can better lead the employees the leading staff because you communicate more and also better at least as I I do so many things schalala and then also forget many things do some things really well and some things not at all and Karo does everything simply really well I think so she does it really well and I she we know that she can do it because she has already done you know a lot is already really good because because you also do that and you can do it but we have not only found a church manager in Caro but we have also found a spiritual leader you will see that and that is your thing because you are also a passionate follower of Jesus you have gone all in for the church and for Jesus and that was important to us because this is not management alone this is always also church and we believe we have found the right person with her we will work closely with you because yes we are still the pastors of EF Karlsruhe multi-site with all its locations until our retirement we promise that here now also solemnly but in any case you are now here in this location we will really speak together about the questions of location leadership we are not going to leave you hanging and say just do it but we are already together and we were already together and have always been a team Ko may also say something yes oh people so what should I say that I am standing here today is simply so crazy for me it is really simply it is really simply yes it is simply amazing and it is simply God's handwriting and I simply want to say a few things my installation words so to speak I have thought a little about one of this song that we just sang many of you probably didn't know it, it was also sung here for the first time today, because the worship team specially learned it for me so that we can sing it here today, so a big round of applause for the team, it was really [Applaus] awesome, it's not the easiest song, but it became very important to me in the time when they asked me if they would like to give me this calling to be the standard leader, for different reasons, and it says especially in the second verse, so you God make me into something I would never have seen, and that is actually the whole testimony of this position and why I'm standing here today, and what's also so crazy is that the sermon today also really fit perfectly with it, how God simply in my house simply changed things and simply reshaped things that I myself never had on my radar, I didn't come to the ICF with the wish to become the leader here someday, not at all, so that I'm here at all, just ask my parents, it's really insane, simply that I'm here today is really so crazy, God's handwriting, and that's why if you ask me, yeah, Ko, you don't actually have any fear, oh man, I really have fear, definitely, I have, I really have respect for what's coming now, but if you ask me, do you not, then I tell you, no, I don't, because I know that God is calling me, because I know that he will stand for it, not because I can do it, but because he lives in me, and because it's not about my person, but it's about him in me, and I believe that's why, that's why I can [Music] [Applaus] say yes, and that's why the song became important to me on so many levels, because it simply has much more power in me than I would ever have seen, and it's simply so good, just so, that's the testimony, and maybe you also have a verse or so a Bible verse in your life that keeps speaking to you, or that keeps being spoken over your life, and for me it's my confirmation verse, I'm a bit emotional, not so from me, always only from Sebille, Sebille, H, always, yes, yes, yes, that's why we took you, yes, yes, I have such a verse in my life, and it's 2 Timothy 1 verse 7, and it says, God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind, and that was spoken to me, I was just a few months in New Zealand, that was spoken into my life again in two different moments, that I don't have a spirit of fear, and it's my wish for this new season that is now beginning in my life, I will not, I will not act from the spirit of fear, and I can tell you, there will be many moments where I think, oh shit, I really have fear, oh yes, it is, it is bigger than what I can do myself, but I will with power, love, and soundness, yes, simply fulfill this position, hopefully through God in me, and I tell you one thing, I'm also really excited, I'm really excited, because I believe that 2025 will also be a really good year, it will simply be a really good year also for us as a church, and I'm so happy, today so many people are also here who have carried this decision with me for a long time, KTI, Dario, all my colleagues who are sitting here, friends who knew from the beginning that I was considering it, my parents, fellow travelers who simply carried it with me, and yes, I'm not standing here alone, but you all with me, and that's why yes, simply [Music] Thank you, Wow, and now I may invite Manuel and Michael up on the stage, who also in the leadership team carry the responsibility together with us, and I invite you to simply stand up and we want to pray together, and you will pray, allow me one more personal word, I am truly proud if one is even allowed to say proud in the church context that we are a congregation and a church where women can take on their mandate where women and men take on responsibility together and when I look around in our society in our country our church and the whole kingdom of God I believe that it is necessary that women stand up and accept their mandate and Ko you are such a woman and that is why we now want to pray for you together Sibille and Steffen will then still speak the ordination prayer but we celebrate it totally and I am glad that we are here together on this stage today and that you will do this job and we will watch you okay I will start with praying yes dear Father in heaven I thank you with all my heart that we can be here together on this stage and that Karo accepts this job and here I ask you that you bless her with wisdom and with the gift of discerning of spirits that in all things that will now come crashing down on her and decisions that she has to make that she is led by you that she always recognizes what is good what is bad and what is the right [Music] Dear Ko I call over your life and your service that now lies before you also that you do not need to be afraid you are not alone you have us and you have Jesus in you and I pray for much courage yes to say to all that lies before you I pray courage no to say where it is needed no to say I pray that you never have to ask where this Jesus is deep inside you is and he your strength [Music] is and you dear suffering one may one pray for the suffering one may one always pray and one may also always bless them but leaders are also ordained because a leader is set do you understand he is set not because he himself has sat himself in this position you said that well but because God has set her or him in this position and from people this mandate has been confirmed and that was so with you and therefore I want to say that now also in spiritual words so we ordain you here before God and this gathered congregation we ordain you with this mandate to be location leader of Karlsruhe to do this service we support you in what you need what you need from us but we also speak to you the mandate that what God has prepared for you you may also be in the name of Jesus Christ he sends you out with all the authority you need for it and he will give you everything that you [Music] need and so bless you this triune God the Father your good Father who is with you Jesus Christ your Savior and the Holy Spirit who lives in you and will remind you of everything that Jesus has done bless you this God amen amen Amen

und jetzt kommt noch ein ganz spezieller Moment für uns als ICF Karlsruhe wir hatten das vor ein paar Wochen schon mal angekündigt dass wir als Leiter von von ganzen if karlsruh wo aber fünf Standorte dazu gehören Ausschau gehalten haben nach jemand der diesen Standort in Karlsruhe einfach auch leitet weil wir merkt haben wir haben viele Dinge nicht mehr so gut einfach auch machen können und kommunizieren können und dafür da sein können und wir haben wirklich immer wieder gesucht Wir haben gebetet wir haben uns Gedanken gemacht als Leitungsteam wirklich lange lange Zeit und wir hatten eine Person inen Fokus genommen haben auch noch mal viel darüber gesprochen haben drüber gebetet auch als Leitungsteam ob das Gott einfach bestätigt und wir haben dann so vielen Momenten gemerkt ja hier ist eine Bestätigung von Gott her es wird genau das gemacht was wir auf dem Herzen haben so gesprochen was unser tiefer Herzschlag ist und so freuen wir uns riesig dass wir heute euch ganz offiziell ko Bullinger als standortleiterin vorstellen dürfen und ich darf sie mal hiermit auf die Bühne [Applaus] [Musik] [Applaus] [Musik] B wow nacher noch dreimal klatschen wir sind noch nicht fertig ich würde gerne auch deine Eltern begrüßen und deine Tante HT ihr mal wenigstens kurz die Hand müsst ja nicht aufstehen aber da sitzen sie und irgendwo kommt was Gutes ja auch immer gell das fällt nicht einfach vom Himmel und deshalb möchten wir uns auch bei Euch bedanken dass wir eure Karo hier haben dürfen und einfach schön dass es Euch gibt auch als Familie denn Familie gehört zu dir hey bevor du etwas sagst sage ich jetzt auch noch etwas aber dann darfst du auch mal was sagen dass ihr einfach wisst was passiert hier jetzt eigentlich weil manche gehen heute morgen schon raus und sagen ja ja ist jetzt geht ihr in Rente und wird Karo eure Nachfolgerin dann hättest Du uns noch nicht richtig verstanden das würde wir dir jetzt noch nicht auflassen sage ich jetzt mal sondern wir haben gesagt der Standort wie sie B schon gesagt hat Karlsruhe braucht eine Leiterin oder eben einen Leiter und wir brauchen jemand der das besser macht wie wir weil er mehr dafür Zeit hat weil er die Angestellten die leitenden Mitarbeiter besser leiten kann weil du mehr und auch besser kommunizierst zum mindest als ich ich mache ja so vieles schalala und vergess dann auch vieles mach manches richtig gut und manches gar nicht und Karo macht alles einfach richtig gut finde ich also sie macht das richtig gut und ich sie wir wissen dass sie es kann weil sie hat schon gemacht wisst ihr viel ist schon richtig gut weil weil du auch das das machst und du kannst es aber wir haben in Caro auch nicht nur eine church Managerin gefunden sondern wir haben auch eine geistliche Leiterin gefunden das werde dir sehen und das ist dein Ding weil du bist auch eine leidenschaftliche Jesus Nachfolgerin du hast all in gegeben für die Kirche und für Jesus und das war uns wichtig weil das hier ist kein Management alone das ist immer auch noch Kirche und wir glauben mit ihr die richtige Person gefunden zu haben wir werden eng mit dir zusammenarbeiten weil ja immer noch die Pastoren von EF karlsuh multiide mit allen seinen Standorten bleiben werden bis zu unserer rende das versprechen wir jetzt hier auch mal hoch und heilig aber auf jeden Fall bist du jetzt hier in diesem Standort wir werden würchentlich miteinander sprechen über die Fragen der standortleitung lassen Dich jetzt auch nicht hängen und sagen mach mal sondern wir sind schon miteinander und wir waren ja schon miteinander und sind schon immer ein Team ko mag auch noch was sage ja oh Leute also was soll ich sagen dass ich heute hier stehe ist für mich selber einfach so verrückt es ist wirklich einfach es ist wirklich einfach ja es ist einfach krass und es ist einfach Gottes Handschrift und ich will einfach ein paar Sachen sagen meine Einsetzungsworte sozusagen habe mir ein bisschen Gedanken gemacht zu einen dieser Song den wir gerade gesungen haben viele von euch kannten den wahrscheinlich nicht der wurde heute auch zum ersten Mal hier gesungen denn hat sich das worship Team extra für mich drauf geschafft damit wir den heute hier singen können deswegen mal ein fetten Applaus für das Team war richtig [Applaus] geil einach ist nicht nicht der einfachste Song aber er ist mir in der Zeit als be mich gefragt hatten ob sie ja dass sie mir gerne diese Berufung zur Standard Leiterin geben wollen ist mir das sehr wichtig geworden aus unterschiedlichen Gründen und es heißt vor allem im zweiten Vers also du Gott machst mich in etwas was ich nie gesehen hätte und das ist eigentlich das ganze Zeugnis von von dieser Stelle und warum ich heute hier stehe und was auch so krass ist weil die Predigt natürlich jetzt heute auch noch so richtig krass dazu gepasst hat wie Gott einfach in meinem Haus einfach Dinge verändert und einfach Dinge umgestaltet die ich selber nie so auf dem Schirm hatte ich bin nicht hier im ICF angetreten mit der mit der mit dem Wunsch irgendwann hier mal die Leitung zu werden überhaupt nicht also dass ich überhaupt hier bin einfach fragt meine Eltern ist ist wirklich insane einfach dass ich heute hier bin ist wirklich so krass Gottes Handschrift und deswegen wenn ihr mich fragt ja ko hast jetzt eigentlich nicht Schiss doch oh Mann ich habe richtig Schiss auf jeden Fall ich habe ich habe wirklich Respekt von V dem was da jetzt kommt aber wenn ihr mich fragto hast nicht tchü dann sage ich euch nee habe ich nicht weil ich weiß dass Gott mich ruft weil ich weiß dass er sich dazu stellen wird nicht weil ich es kann sondern weil er in mir lebt und weil ich es geht nicht um meine Person aber es geht um ihn in mir und ich glaube deswegen deswegen kann ich [Musik] [Applaus] es ja und deswegen wurde mir der Song auf so vielen Ebenen einfach wichtig weil er einfach viel mehr Macht in mir als ich jemals hätte gesehen und er einfach so so gut ist just so das ist das Zeugnis und ich habe vielleicht hast du auch einen Vers oder so einen Bibelvers in deinem Leben der dir immer wieder zugesprochen wird oder der einfach immer wieder über dein Leben ausgesprochen wird und für mich ist es mein konfirmationsvers ich bin ein bisschen emotional K nicht so von mir kennenimmer nur von sebille sebbille H immer ja ja ja auch deswegen haben wir dich genommen ja ja ich habe so einen Vers in meinem Leben und es ist 2 Timotheus 1 Vers 7 und da heißt es gott hat euch nicht gegeben den Geist der Furcht sondern der Kraft der Liebe und der besondnenheit und das wurde mir ich war gerade di Monate in Neuseeland das wurde mir da noch mal an zwei unterschiedlichen Momenten wirklich noch mal in mein Leben reingesprochen dass ich keinen Geist der Furcht habe und ist mein Wunsch für diese ja neue Season die jetzt anbricht in meinem Leben ich werde es nicht ich werde nicht aus dem Geist der Furcht handeln und ich kann euch sagen da wird viele Momente geben wo ich mir denke ach du scheiße ich hab richtig sch ich oh ja es ist es ist größer als das was ich selber kann aber ich werde mit Kraft Liebe und Besonnenheit ja einfach dies Stelle hoffentlich durch Gott in mir ausführen und ich sage euch eins ich habe auch richtig Bock ich habe richtig Bock weil ich glaube dass 2025 einfach auch ein richtig gutes Jahr wird es wird einfach ein richtig gutes Jahr auch für uns als Kirche und ich freue mich so heute sind so viele Leute auch da die diese Entscheidung lang mit mir getragen haben KTI Dario meine ganzen Kollegen die hier sitzen Freundinnen die von Anfang an wussten dass ich damit überlege meine Eltern weg Gefährten die einfach das mitgetragen haben und ja ich stehe nicht alleine hier sondern ihr alle mit mir und deswegen ja einfach [Musik] Danke WoW und jetzt darf ich Manuel und Michael mit auf die Bühne bitten die auch im Leitungsteam ja mit uns zusammen die Verantwortung trag und ich lade Euch ein einfach aufzustehen und wir wollen gemeinsam beten und ihr werdet beten gestatte mir noch ein persönliches Wort ich bin wirklich stolz wenn man stolz überhaupt im kirchlichen Kontext sagen darf dass wir eine Gemeinde sind und eine Kirche sind wo Frauen ihr Mandat einnehmen können wo Frauen und Männer gemeinsam Verantwortung übernehmen und wenn ich mich so umschaue in unsere Gesellschaft in unser Land unsere Kirche und das ganze Reich Gottes ich glaubt dass es notwendig ist dass Frauen aufstehen und ihr Mandat annehmen und Ko du bist so eine Frau und deshalb wollen wir jetzt gemeinsam für dich beten Sibille und Steffen werden dann noch das einsetzungsgebet sprechen aber wir feiern es total und ich freue mich dass wir heute hier gemeinsam auf dieser Bühne stehen und dass du diesen Job machen wirst und wir schauen dir zu okay ich fange an mit Beten ja lieber Vater im Himmel ich danke dir von ganzem Herzen dass wir hier gemeinsam auf dieser Bühne stehen können und dass Karo diesen Job annimmt und her ich bitte dich dass du sie segnest mit Weisheit und mit der Gabe der Geisterunterscheidung dass bei allen Dingen die jetzt auf sie einbrasseln werden und Entscheidungen die sie treffen muss dass sie von dir geführt wirden dass sie immer erkennt was ist gut was ist schlecht und was ist das richtige [Musik] Liebe ko ich rufe über deinem Leben und deinem Dienst der jetzt vorliegt auch aus dass du keine Angst haben brauchst du bist nicht allein du hast uns und du hast Jesus in dir und ich be für viel Mut ja zu sagen zu all dem was vor dir liegt ich be Mut Nein zu sagen wo es dran ist nein zu sagen ich BTE dass du dich niemals fragen musst wo dieser Jesus ist ganz tief in dir ist und er deine Stärke [Musik] ist und ihr Lieben leidende darf man für die darf man immer beten und man darf sie auch immer segnen aber leitende werden auch eingesetzt weil ein leitender ist gesetzt versteht ihr er ist gesetzt nicht weil er sich selber das hast du gut gesagt an diese Stelle sitzt sondern weil Gott sie oder ihn an diese Stelle gesetzt hat und von Menschen dieses Mandat bestätigt wurde und das war bei dir so und deswb möchte ich das jetzt auch noch in geistlichen Worten sagen so setzen wir dich ein Caro Bullinger hier vor Gott und diese versammelten Gemeinde wir setzen dich ein mit diesem Mandat standortleiterin von Karlsruhe zu sein diesen Dienst zu tun wir unterstützen dich in dem was du brauchst W du von uns brauchst aber wir sprechen dir auch das Mandat zu dass du das was Gott für dich vorbereitet hat auch sein darfst im Namen von Jesus Christus er stte dich aus mit aller Vollmacht die du dafür brauchst und er wird dir geben alles was du dafür [Musik] benötigst und so segne dich dieser dreieine Gott der Vater dein guter Vater der mit dir ist Jesus Christus dein Retter und der Heilige Geist der in dir lebt und dich an alles erinnern wird was Jesus getan hat segne dich diese Gott amen amen Amen
