The deliberate practice of silence, gentle speech, and ritual repetition serves inner elevation and the protection of interpersonal relationships from judgment and noise.
The discipline of speech is to be truthful, speak little, speak gently. Say encouraging words. Do not prejudice or discourage. Do not raise your voice and do not shout at small children either.
The text gives practical instructions for daily spiritual practice, based on chapter 20 of a transmitted source. It is recommended to memorize short hymns (Stotras) and to recite them before meditation or yoga exercises in order to elevate the mind. The use of a Japa Mala as a physical reminder and for storing spiritual power is described, including concrete instructions for its storage. A central point is the observance of the vow of silence (Mauna), whereby the speaker addresses modern communication through digital media and proposes a reduction of verbal output and phone use. The discipline of speech is defined as truthful, gentle, and encouraging, with the explicit prohibition of judging or discouraging others. The text connects these spiritual exercises with concrete everyday instructions, such as refraining from shouting at children. Overall, the message aims at inner calm and a benevolent outward effect through conscious speech and media hygiene.

Om Namaschevaya. From Chapter 20, important Spürretolle instructions: learn some Stotras and Schlokas by heart. So, some Spürretolle hymns. It can be something simple like Om Namaschevaya, or Om Sava Manga Dama Manga Lje, or Om Tremba Kham. And say this as soon as you sit down for meditation, or before you begin Asanas and Pranayama; this quickly elevates the spirit. So, it is a good thing if you meditate at home or meditate for yourselves here in the Aschramma, to repeat a Schlokar or also a prayer. I wear a Japa Mala around my neck in the pocket, or have it under the pillow at night. So, Japa Malas come in various forms. If you have one, it serves as a reminder. On the one hand, if you also meditate with the Japa Mala, it is charged with Spürretolle power and is a beautiful reminder. So, you can wear it, or you can also put it in a pocket. You would not put it directly in your trouser pocket, but rather place it in a cloth bag, and then you can put that in your pocket. Or he even says under the pillow. It serves as a reminder. Observe Mauna, the vow of silence, daily; during the phase of silence, make no unnecessary gestures, etc. Mauna means silence; probably today, more important than silence would be: phone off. People today probably speak with other people only one-third of the time they used to in the past. I recently read that children and adolescents now speak with other adolescents only one-quarter of the time they used to. However, they communicate much more than before, and all of this happens via Signal, WhatsApp, and so on. As an adult, he says, turn the phone off for one or two hours. Most of you say, I do that anyway, but if you do not, it is already important. Or, of course, also, if you are old-fashioned, for one hour a day you do your Spürertern practices and speak with no one there. The discipline of speech: be truthful, speak little, speak gently. Say encouraging words. Do not hold prejudices or discourage. Do not raise your voice and do not shout at small children either. That was somehow important to me. So, we can also consider that being truthful is important, being gentle. Then we can also consider: is what I am saying encouraging? Is what I am saying helpful for the other person? Am I judging others with my words? Say: Do not judge. Do not discourage. Speak encouraging words.

Also einige Spürretolle Hymnen. Also Japa Mala gibt es verschiedene Formen. Sprich ermutigende Worte.
