Reach the Goal of Life - Daily Inspiration
The true Self is not the finite body, but the infinite, divine essence, which can be realized through meditation and letting go of identification with the body.
Do not identify with the finite body. The finite body is mortal. Identify with the infinite Brahman. Thus you will become immortal. You are in truth divine.
The text is a spiritual instruction that calls on the listener not to identify with the mortal, finite body. Instead, the listener is to connect their identity with the infinite, divine essence (Brahman/Atman). Human existence is described as transient and prone to failure, while the inner Self is portrayed as eternal and radiant. The text advises overcoming the darkness of ignorance and looking beyond death. This is achieved through inner stillness, meditation, and listening to the voice of the soul. The listener is encouraged to feel and realize the divine essence within. The ultimate goal is unity with the eternal Knocker and the attainment of the true purpose of life.
