# 322 How we use the energy of the universe
Whoever sincerely does good to other people enables their rest and thereby also reaps rest for themselves; whoever does not do this remains unresolved themselves and also burdens their nearest and dearest.
When we use this energy correctly, we cause our lives. But, to illustrate, when we really do good for other people, then the Sincere Wicht allows their Wicht to come.
The text is a short podcast episode of the podcast 'Compassionate Buddha', in which Dena Rositzki reads aloud a daily reminder from the 'Supreme Material Gikwang Depopsenem'. The central statement is that there is a great deal of energy in the universe, which is also present in human beings. When this energy is used correctly, it can change life. Whoever does good to other people enables their 'Wicht' (presumably 'effect' or 'essence') to come. This mindfulness then returns to the actors and becomes virtual. Whoever does not do good to others also reaps no rest for themselves. The people who are close to one can also not rest if one oneself is not liberated. Therefore, one must first liberate one's own 'Wicht', which is presented as simple.
