The Islamic Sharia is designed through its ease and the comprehensiveness of the reward for everyday deeds in such a way that every believer can easily find access to divine satisfaction and Paradise.

God intends to make things easy for you and does not intend to make things difficult for you

The text is an Islamic sermon that addresses the ease of religious obligations and the breadth of divine reward. The speaker argues that God has simplified worship to make it accessible to all, and refers to the five daily prayers as well as voluntary prayers as central practices. It is emphasised that everyday actions such as eating, drinking, or caring for family and those in need become spiritual merits when performed with the right intention. The text cites numerous hadiths to substantiate the reward for these deeds, including the building of a house in Paradise for regular voluntary prayers. The sermon calls on the listeners to restrain their souls and work for the Hereafter, rather than yielding to transient desires. In the closing prayer, the King and the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia as well as the security of the country are mentioned, which establishes a clear present-day political context. The central message is that the Sharia, through its simplicity and the comprehensiveness of the reward, is a source of hope and peace for the believers.

The Ease of the Sharia and the Comprehensiveness of the Reward The First Sermon Indeed, all praise is due to Allah; we praise Him, seek His help, and seek His forgiveness, and we seek refuge in Allah from the evils of our own selves and from the evil of our deeds. Whomsoever Allah guides, there is none who can misguide him, and whomsoever He misguides, there is none who can guide him. And I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger. "O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims (in submission to Him)" [Al Imran: 102]. As for what follows, know, O beloved ones in Allah: That Allah, the Most High, has made worship easy and facilitated it to the utmost degree of ease, and He, the Most Glorious and Most Exalted, said: "Allah intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship" [Al Baqarah: 185], and He has made wide gates for good so that everyone who seeks His pleasure may enter through them. Look at the prayer, which is the greatest of the pillars of Islam after Tawhid (the Oneness of Allah); you will find it to be of little burden and great reward; for it is five in performance and fifty on the scale, distributed at suitable times so that boredom does not arise. And when a servant establishes it in congregation, it is better than the prayer of the one who prays alone by twenty-seven degrees; he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The prayer in congregation is superior to the prayer of the one who prays alone by twenty-seven degrees" [Agreed upon by al-Bukhari (645) and Muslim (650)]. And the virtue did not stop at the obligatory prayers, but Allah has legislated for us the supererogatory prayers that follow the prescribed ones (twelve rak'ahs: four before Dhuhr and two after it, two after Maghrib, two after Isha, and two before Fajr). Whoever prays them, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise; he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever prays twelve rak'ahs in a day and night as supererogatory, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise" [Narrated by Muslim (728)]. Then reflect upon these remembrances after the prayers: thirty-three glorifications, thirty-three praises, and thirty-three magnifications, and to complete the hundred: "There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner; to Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs the praise, and He is over all things competent"; his sins will be forgiven even if they were like the foam of the sea [as stated in Sahih Muslim (597)]. And the treasures of the day and the night are endless; for this Witr is a confirmed Sunnah that should not be abandoned. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah is Odd (Witr) and loves the odd" [Narrated by al-Bukhari (6410) and Muslim (2677)]. Its minimum is one rak'ah and its maximum is eleven rak'ahs, and its time is from after the prayer of Isha until the dawn breaks. But even in purification; when a servant performs wudu (ablution) thoroughly and then says: "I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger. O Allah, make me among those who repent and make me among those who purify themselves"; the eight gates of Paradise will be opened for him to enter through whichever he wishes [Narrated by Muslim (234) and al-Tirmidhi (55)]. I say this and I seek forgiveness from Allah, the Magnificent, for myself and for you and for all the Muslims from every sin, so seek His forgiveness; indeed, He is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful. The Second Sermon All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may the prayer and peace be upon the noblest of the prophets and messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his companions. As for what follows: Fear Allah, O servants of Allah, and know that among the great mercy of Allah in this purified Sharia is that it has made the deeds of daily life and livelihood acts of worship that bring one closer to Allah when the intention is sound. Charity – with a sincere intention and from lawful earnings – is accepted by Allah with His right hand, and He causes it to grow for its owner until it becomes like a great mountain. He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever gives in charity the equivalent of a date from lawful earnings... indeed, Allah accepts it with His right hand, then He causes it to grow for its owner as one of you causes his foal to grow until it becomes like a mountain" [Agreed upon by al-Bukhari (1410) and Muslim (1014)]. And spending on oneself, one's family, one's children, and one's slaves, when the servant intends it for the sake of Allah, is recorded for him as charity. He, peace and blessings be upon him, said to Sa'd, may Allah be pleased with him: "You will not spend any expenditure seeking thereby the Face of Allah except that you will be rewarded for it, even what you put in your wife's mouth" [Agreed upon by al-Bukhari (56) and Muslim (1628)]. And he, peace and blessings be upon him, clarified the generality of this virtue and said: "Whatever you feed yourself, it is charity for you, and whatever you feed your child, it is charity for you, and whatever you feed your wife, it is charity for you" [Narrated by Ahmad (17180) and al-Nasa'i in al-Kubra (9139)]. Rather, even eating and drinking are transformed into divine pleasure. For in the hadith: "Indeed, Allah is pleased with a servant when he eats a meal and praises Him for it, or drinks a drink and praises Him for it" [Narrated by Muslim (2734)]. And in the chapter of social responsibility, Islam made striving on behalf of the widow and the poor – among them the young children who are unable to take care of themselves – like jihad in the cause of Allah. He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The one who strives on behalf of the widow and the poor is like the one who fights in the cause of Allah, and I think he said: like the one who stands [in prayer] without flagging, and like the one who fasts without breaking his fast" [Agreed upon by al-Bukhari (5353) and Muslim (2982)]. And indeed, in your body, O human being, there are three hundred and sixty joints, and upon every joint there is a charity every day, fulfilled by every righteous deed: from remembrance, or removing a harm from the road, or enjoining what is good, or forbidding what is evil, and sufficient for all of that are two rak'ahs that a person prays in the Duha prayer! "Every morning, upon every joint of one of you there is a charity... and sufficient for all of that are two rak'ahs that he prays in the Duha prayer" [Narrated by Muslim (720)]. So the doors of good are varied and spacious. The wise and skilled one is the one who disciplines himself and works for what is after death, and the incapable one is the one who follows his own desires and makes wishes upon Allah. He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The wise one is the one who disciplines himself and works for what is after death..." [Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (2459) and Ibn Majah (4260)]. Allah, the Most High, said: "Every soul shall taste death, and you shall only be given your wages in full on the Day of Resurrection. So he who is drawn away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has succeeded. And the life of this world is not except the enjoyment of delusion" [Al Imran: 185]. O Allah, make us among those who listen to the statement and then follow the best of it. This; and send prayers and peace upon the one whom Allah has commanded you to send prayers and peace upon, so He, the Exalted, said: "Indeed, Allah and His angels send prayers upon the Prophet. O you who have believed, send upon him prayers and [send] peace." [Al-Ahzab: 56]. O Allah, send prayers and peace and bless Your servant and Your Messenger, our Prophet Muhammad, and be pleased, O Allah, with his righteous caliphs, and with all the Companions, and with the Successors and those who followed them in goodness until the Day of Judgment. O Allah, exalt Islam and the Muslims, and protect our country and our rulers, the Servant of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and his trustworthy heir apparent, Prince Muhammad bin Salman, and guide them, O Allah, to what You love and are pleased with, and make this country safe and secure, and the rest of the lands of the Muslims. O Allah, forgive us and all the Muslims and Muslim women, the living among them and the dead, by Your mercy, O the Most Merciful of the merciful. "Exalted is your Lord, the Lord of might, above what they describe. And peace is upon the messengers. And all praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds." [As-Saffat: verses 180-182]
