The approaching appearance of the Dajjal is a direct consequence of the moral corruption and the neglect of divine warnings by today's society, which is being distracted from the truth by technological and cultural innovations.
The sermon urgently warns the believers of the approaching appearance of the Dajjal, the false Messiah, as one of the great signs of the End Times. The speaker argues that the current time is corrupted by the sins of people and their forgetfulness of divine warnings. He criticizes that many imams and media have neglected the warnings about the Dajjal, which leads to a dangerous negligence. Misleading years are mentioned as signs of the approaching end, in which lies are taken for truth and betrayal for loyalty. The text links this eschatological threat with modern phenomena such as technological innovations, fashion trends, and attachment to this worldly life. The listeners are called upon to hold fast to the community, to avoid innovations (bid'a), and to seek protection through prayer. The sermon concludes with a comprehensive plea for steadfastness in faith and protection from all temptations.

Sermon titled: Signs of the Dajjal (2)
First Sermon
Indeed, all praise is due to Allah; we praise Him, seek His help, and ask for His forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evils of our own selves and from the bad deeds we commit. Whomsoever Allah guides, none can mislead, and whomsoever He leaves to misguidance, none can guide. And I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that our Prophet Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger. May Allah send abundant blessings and peace upon him, upon his family, upon his companions, upon those of the messengers who preceded him among his brothers, and upon those who followed their path and tracked their footsteps until the Day of Judgment, and may He send abundant peace.
O servants of Allah, thereafter:
Fear Allah with true fear, and hold fast to the firm rope of Islam, for your bodies are not strong enough to withstand the Fire. [O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims (in submission to Him)] [Al Imran: 102].
O believers! A year has passed, taking with it the deeds you deposited within it, and a new year has come upon you, and this is its beginning. You are on the second of Muharram, at its very start. This brings you closer to your appointed times and hastens the end of your worldly life, and brings nearer to you what your Prophet Muhammad, may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, mentioned regarding the signs of the Hour. [So are they waiting for anything but that the Hour should come upon them suddenly? But its signs have already come] [Muhammad: 18]. [And the Hour is more severe and more bitter] [Al Qamar: 46]. And before it is the Dajjal, who is the worst of those who are absent and awaited.
The Dajjal, O servants of Allah, is the greatest of trials from Adam until the Hour stands. No prophet of the prophets of Allah was there who did not warn his people about him. Noah warned his people about him, and Moses warned his people about him. And the most severe in warning and cautioning against him and his evil was our Prophet Muhammad, may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon them all. The Dajjal, O servants of Allah, the time for his emergence has drawn near, and that is due to the corruption of the times. And the times do not become corrupt except through the corruption of their people. We blame our times, but the fault is in us, and there is no fault in our times other than ourselves.
The Dajjal will emerge suddenly, as stated in the long hadith of al-Nu'as ibn Sam'an, may Allah be pleased with him, recorded in Sahih Muslim [1]. He said: "The Dajjal will emerge suddenly between the Levant and Iraq, and he will wreak havoc to the right and to the left. So, O servants of Allah, stand firm." And the Prophet, may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, mentioned signs for the time of his emergence, and I do not think they are far off, O servants of Allah. Imam Ahmad and others [2] narrated from al-As'ad ibn Jathamah al-Laythi, may Allah be pleased with him, who said: The Prophet, may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, said: "The Dajjal will not emerge until people become distracted from mentioning him, and until the imams abandon reporting his news on the pulpits." Yes, O servants of Allah, the imams, except for whom Allah wills, have abandoned warning against the Dajjal and his trial on the pulpits of admonition and teaching, and on the pulpits of media and guidance, and on the pulpits of Friday prayers. And this is what causes heedlessness and distraction from him. They are in a state of distraction from him. People are in a state of distraction from the Dajjal, meaning a state of forgetting, similar to their distraction from death, which snatches them away one after another. They have not forgotten death, but they are preoccupied with other things. And the same is the case with the Messiah, the Dajjal. I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan: [Do they wait for anything but that the angels should come to them, or that your Lord should come, or that some of the signs of your Lord should come? The day some of the signs of your Lord come, no soul will benefit from its faith unless it had believed before or had earned good in its faith. Say, "Wait, for indeed, we are waiting."] [Al An'am: 158].
May Allah benefit me and you with the Great Quran and what is in it of verses and wise remembrance. I say what you have heard, and I seek forgiveness from Allah for myself and for you, so seek His forgiveness; indeed, He is the Forgiving.
Second Sermon
Praise be to Allah as He has commanded. We praise Him, and He has promised increase for those who are grateful. And I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, with no partner, believing in His divinity, affirming His lordship, and believing in His names and attributes, thereby defying those who oppose Him with them or deny and disbelieve. And I send prayers and peace upon the master of mankind, the intercessor and the one granted intercession on the Day of Resurrection. May Allah send blessings and peace upon him, upon his family, and upon his companions, the noble and radiant ones, the best of families and assemblies, as long as night rises and day comes upon it and departs. O servants of Allah, thereafter:
Among the signs of the emergence of the Dajjal are also those deceptive years mentioned in the authentic hadith [3] from the Prophet, may Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him, narrated by Anas and Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with them. He, may Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him, said: “Indeed, before the Hour will come deceptive years in which the liar will be believed and the truthful one will be disbelieved, the treacherous will be trusted and the trustworthy will be considered treacherous. When that happens, await the Dajjal from that day or the next.” These signs, which this truthful and verified one, may Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him, informed us of, must necessarily come to pass. In fact, some of them have already begun to manifest and appear, and there is no power nor might except with Allah. So beware, O servants of Allah, of all fitnas (tribulations), and seek safety in the religion of Allah, the Exalted and Majestic. Hold fast to your Tawhid (monotheism) and your faith, and beware of the Dajjal, for many will be deceived by him. This is in the face of their innovations through these technologies of various kinds, and the innovations of women regarding the latest fashions and their forms, and the attachment of people to this world and its adornments. Likewise, that which distances them from faith and brings them closer to these great tribulations. So we ask Allah for safety and steadfastness, safety from tribulations and steadfastness upon His religion.
Then know that the most truthful speech is the Word of Allah, and the best guidance is the guidance of Muhammad, may Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him. And the worst of matters are their innovations, and every innovation is a bid’ah (religious innovation), and every bid’ah is misguidance. And upon you, O servants of Allah, is the Jama’ah (the community), for the hand of Allah is upon the community, and whoever strays will stray into the Fire. And the wolf does not prey except upon the stray sheep. O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent blessings upon Ibrahim and upon the family of Ibrahim in the worlds. Indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious.
O Allah, be pleased with the four Caliphs, and with the ten (promised Paradise) and the companions of the Tree, and with the Muhajireen (Emigrants) and the Ansar (Helpers), and with those who follow them in goodness until the Day of Judgment, and with us along with them by Your grace and mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful. O Allah, grant honor by which You honor Islam and its people, and humiliation by which You humble disbelief, shirk (associating partners with Allah), and bid’ah and their people, O Possessor of Majesty and Honor. O Allah, finalize for this Ummah (community) a righteous decree by which You honor those who obey You, and humble those who disobey You, and by which good is commanded and evil is forbidden, O Possessor of Majesty and Honor. O Allah, keep us and the Muslims safe in our homelands. O Allah, keep us safe in our homes and our honor. O Allah, keep us safe in our religion and our beliefs. O Allah, reform our Imams and our rulers. O Allah, make our authority and that of the Muslims in the hands of those who fear You, revere You, and follow Your pleasure, O Lord of the worlds. O Allah, O Ever-Living, O Sustainer, O Possessor of Majesty and Honor, protect us from all fitnas, whether apparent or hidden. O Allah, we seek refuge in You from the tribulation of life and death, and we seek refuge in You from the tribulation of the Messiah the Dajjal, and we seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and we seek refuge in You from the punishment of Hell. And if You, O our Lord, intend a tribulation for Your servants, then take us to You without being tribulated. O Allah, forgive the Muslim men and women, the believing men and women, the living among them and the dead, O Possessor of Majesty and Honor. O servants of Allah! “Indeed, Allah orders justice and good conduct and giving to relatives, and forbids immorality and bad conduct and oppression. He admonishes you that perhaps you will be reminded” [An-Nahl: 90]. So remember Allah, and He will remember you, and be grateful for His blessings, and He will increase you. “And the remembrance of Allah is greater, and Allah knows what you do” [Al-Ankabut: 45].
